Built in 1927 by world-renowned architect Emery Roth, it was one of his earlier and most successful skyscrapers. Award-winning designer Robert Di Leonardo of Di Leonardo International has created a new style of modern elegance, incorporating European influence, sophistication and comfort while preserving distinctive elements of Roth's architecture.
